I know what it feels like to function on the outside and fall apart on the inside. To carry everyone, manage everything, and lose yourself somewhere in the middle of holding it all together.
For years, I did what needed to be done. I raised my three children. I showed up at church. I kept the house running.
From the outside, it looked fine. But I was living someone else's version of my life.
In 2022, I walked away from a 27-year marriage at 55 years old. No backup plan. Just God, a decision, and the refusal to keep surviving when I was made for more.
"God didn't bring me through that storm to watch me live in survival mode. And He didn't bring you through yours to watch you do it either."
I rebuilt my life while working full-time and caring for my aging mother three days a week. I didn't have unlimited time. I didn't have a circle. I had faith, structure, and one intentional choice at a time.
That structure became Reclaim Your Three™.
Now I build rooms where women stop surviving alone. Tables where nobody disappears. Rituals, gatherings, and experiences for the woman who's been carrying everything with no one checking on her.
